What is TOTO MURASAKI?
TOTO MURASAKI (魚々紫) is a premium soy sauce made from fresh Hokkaido salmon, salt, and rice koji — slowly aged to develop a mellow, complex umami with no fishy odor. Unlike traditional fish sauce, TOTO MURASAKI has the clean versatility of soy sauce with an added depth of dashi-like richness. Use it exactly as you would regular soy sauce, or add it to fried rice, stir-fries, hot pots, and soups for an elevated umami layer.
