Murasaki Uni

Murasaki Uni is the most common Uni throughout Japan and is famous for being much bigger in size and has a lighter rich yellow and orange color with a firm but creamy texture and sweet undertones. Its taste is much cleaner and less briny compared to the other Uni, making it the perfect Uni for starters and those who are new to Uni but want to enjoy the flavors of fresh Uni.
