This premium Murasaki Uni is so rare it's known as "Shiro Uni" (white Uni) in the markets, featuring a very light shade of yellow, exceptional creaminess, and a size much larger than standard varieties. The Hadate brand dominates #1–#10 at auction on most days, with a record auction price of $1,500 USD per tray.
