What is Ogawa AA Narabi Uni?
Ogawa (小川) uni is hand-selected each morning by the producer after the day's catch is shucked. This is the Narabi (並び) style — narabi means "lined up," and refers to uni pieces sorted to be uniform in size and shape, laid out in neat rows. It's the opposite of Bara uni, where the pieces are mixed; the consistency of Narabi is what earns it the higher grade.
Depending on the day's best catch, Ogawa packs either Bafun or Murasaki uni — Bafun runs concentrated and intense, Murasaki lighter and creamier. Either way the color is a vibrant orange, and the sweetness (甘味 / amami) and umami come through clean. Available year-round rather than only in summer, at a more approachable price than the top single-variety trays.

How to enjoy
Eat it fresh and plain to taste the sweetness — straight from the tray, over warm rice as a uni donburi, or on sushi. Because the pieces are uniform, it also plates cleanly for nigiri and presentation. A little fresh wasabi or a few grains of salt is all it needs. Keep it cold until the moment you serve it.
Pairing notes — warm rice, fresh wasabi, sea salt, nori, and a dry or sparkling sake.

I can't explicitly say much about the product but it was mishandled during transport and was mush.
