How to Thaw
1. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator (8–12 hours).
2. For Negitoro: finely mince after thawing.
3. Serve immediately after thawing.
Do not thaw at room temperature or in hot water.
Saku-cut belly scrape — rich marbling; some sinew may remain, finely mince for Negitoro use. Transit damage must be reported to UPS directly.
