What is Sudachi?
Sudachi (酢橘) is a prized Japanese citrus known for its sharp acidity, refreshing aroma, and bright flavor — smaller and tarter than Yuzu, with a distinctive character all its own. Harvested at peak ripeness from September to December, Sudachi is a favorite garnish for grilled fish, hot pot, soba, and sashimi, and is widely used in ponzu and dipping sauces. Its zesty aroma also makes it a delightful addition to cocktails and artisan condiments. Each pack contains 9–10 pieces.
