I was delighted by the excellent quality of the Hamachi Loin from Hokkaido Uni. The fish sliced up beautifully for sashimi and was wonderful in a quick saute with furikake. Highly recommended.
Products stayed frozen through delivery date. The fish looks delicious and I can’t wait to have some. I know the quality is excellent because this is my second time buying it.
Box was packed well-defrosted just a little bit.
The Hamachi looks a little thinner than the picture. I’m sure the Hamachi and Saba will be delicious. I am looking forward to eating fresh tasting sashimi. What a treat!
