We are bringing in fresh batches of juicy Japanese Eel from Japan. This item is exclusively available only to upper-class restaurants, but we have made it available for you to enjoy at home!
Each unagi is handpicked by our buyers in Japan. High-quality unagi is usually expensive and considered a delicacy. Japanese people tend to eat almost half a fillet on a bed of rice in a Donburi (big rice bowl).
Our unagi will be delivered ready to cook.
How to Prepare?
Preheat the oven or toaster to 375 F and place it in the oven for 10 min and flip it over for another 10 min or check on your eye until the skin is crispy and browned and the meat is tender.
Serve the Unagi over steamed rice. Drizzle unagi sauce on the top (note: Eel sauce is not enclosed with this item)
