Known as the pinnacle of tuna farming, this region is part of Saikai National Park, where crystal-clear waters, strong currents, and stable temperatures create ideal rearing conditions.
Each tuna is carefully raised over 3–4 years, fed with freshly caught mackerel to eliminate odor and enhance flavor. The result is a richly marbled, clean-tasting tuna that offers a melt-in-your-mouth experience—from the lean Akami to the buttery Chutoro and Otoro.
