Hokkaido Uni Shop proudly presents Takamori A5 Wagyu Ribeye, one of the highest-ranked A5 Kuroge Wagyu among all Japanese Wagyu—on par with the elite names like Omi, Matsuzaka, and Kobe, and surpassing even Miyazaki and Kagoshima in rarity and distinction.
Sourced from the prestigious single-farm in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi Prefecture, this Wagyu is famously known as “Drunken Wagyu”, as the cattle are fed with sake mash from Dassai Sake Brewery, imparting a mild, silky flavor profile and exquisite marbling.
Each steak is A5-graded, hand-cut to Japanese specifications (approx. 10oz, 3/8” thick), and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
