How to Prepare: Thawing & Cutting Guide

Thawing:

  • Thaw slowly in the refrigerator (24–48 hrs)
  • Or submerge vacuum-sealed pack in cold water (4–5 hrs)
  • Avoid microwave or hot water

Cutting Tips:

  • Slice while still slightly firm
  • Steaks: 1–1.5" thick across the grain
  • Yakiniku: 2–3 mm thin slices
  • Rewrap and freeze unused portions immediately
