Cut from the prized “kaburi” section, this selection includes two vacuum-sealed blocs of approximately 4 to 4.5 pounds each, totaling around 8 pounds. Raised in the fertile and temperate environment of Kagoshima, this Wagyu is a true representation of Japanese beef excellence.
