What is the Omakase Box?
Sourced from our home in Hokkaido, the Omakase Box is our chef's selection of the finest seasonal, sashimi-grade fish — hand-picked and shipped directly from Japan to your door.
"Omakase" means "I'll leave it up to you" in Japanese, and that's exactly what this box represents: we choose the best catch of the season so you don't have to. Perfect for special occasions, dinner parties, or when you want to experience the best Hokkaido has to offer.

From Hokkaido to Your Door
We hand-select the finest seasonal fish available at market and ship it directly from Japan. The process typically takes 7–10 days, and once it arrives at our U.S. facility, we ship via UPS Overnight for delivery by early afternoon.

I was very glad to receive the box and found all the fish well bled and with much fat content! I found the hedai and kawahagi especially good with the kawahagi having much kimo. All the fish was very good and hope to buy more soon!
