A Taste of the Hokkaido Sea
Nemuro is one of Hokkaido’s most important fishing ports, known for producing outstanding Bafun and Murasaki Uni. Among them, Kawamura Uni stands out for its exceptional quality, petite size, and crisp, clean flavor—capturing the very essence of the northern sea.
Petite but flavorful, the Uni from Kawamura Suisan has a delicate, refined taste. Their Bafun Uni features a beautiful golden-orange hue with a soft texture and clean briny finish, while their Murasaki Uni offers a milder sweetness and larger tongues, ideal for sushi or donburi.
This Grade S Uni is processed with the utmost care in small batches. It is rarely available outside Japan, making it a truly special treat for Uni lovers and collectors of seasonal seafood.
