This December marked my return to the U.S. after five months away, and it has been an incredibly busy time at Hokkaido Uni Shop, especially during the holiday season. With our New York office now fully operational, we’ve experienced our busiest period yet.
During my visit, I had the honor of attending Hokkaido Yukari No Kai, a gathering of individuals connected to Hokkaido. Among the attendees was Mr. Miura, the chief editor of Shukan NY Seikatsu, one of New York’s oldest and most respected Japanese-language newspapers. To my great surprise and gratitude, Mr. Miura featured Hokkaido Uni Shop in their special edition.
